About Amistad Reservoir
Known as an Oasis in the Desert, Amistad Reservoir expands a surface area over 101 square miles, located on the Rio Grande. The reservoir reaches a confluence with Devils River, 12 miles northwest of Del Rio. Amistad is known across Texas for BIG fish catches, with many National level fishing tournaments held at the lake.
