About Lake Abilene
Lake Abilene is a small, local lake in Abilene State Park, with a surface area of 595 acres. The predominant fish species are largemouth bass, channel catfish and white crappie. Although small compared to other major Texas lakes and reservoirs, this little piece of angling paradise offers fishermen ample opportunity to have a great day fishing!
