Built using 3M Powerlux 100 blanks that are 15% stronger and 5% lighter than previous Veritas models, the Abu Garcia Veritas Winch Casting Rods feature an advanced resin system that evenly distributes nano particles between each carbon fiber to enhance the rod’s performance and strength by preventing cracks in the blank material. The moderate actions of the Winch series also let anglers to cast crankbaits farther, allows crankbaits to perform with maximum action, and increase landing ratios with treble hooks.
Improving comfort, grip, and hand fatigue, the Abu Garcia Veritas Winch Casting Rods are equipped with closed cell EVA grips that provide greater weather and wear resistance, as well as, an ergonomic reel seat designed by Abu Garcia that provides a cushioned connection between rod and angler. Finished with titanium alloy guides with ultra light Zirconium inserts that allow for a lightweight balanced rod, the Abu Garcia Veritas Winch Casting Rods offer a parabolic bend for a more moderate action, making them perfect for fishing crankbaits.
