The Berkley Boat Ruler is an adhesive fish measuring ruler designed to be applied boat, camper or cooler. The boat ruler, from Berkley Fishing, is an excellent tool for any fishermen and comes in handy when trying to determine keepers vs. non keeper or just establishing size for bragging rights.
